[Aikido] noyes study break

Hello everyone. Charlie here. We are planning to do a study break at 
noyes next wednesday, probably at 9. We'll probably bring over 3 or 4 
mats and demonstrate a few kata, and then do show some wrist grab 
techniques etc. I'm not sure yet, but I'm guessing it'll be about half 
an hour long. We won't need the whole club to show up, but 6 or 8 
people would be good. Think about if you'd like to come and let me know 
at one of the next few practices.
