[Aikido] I can't make it tonight...

Dear Everybody,

  Can the senior belts please run practice tonight in my stead?  I am 
unwell, unfortunately.  Also, on Thursday, please bring swords if you have 
them.  We'll have a sword seminar and practice a bunch of sword techniques 
as I film a bunch of stuff.
