[Aikido] Sunday Mat Moving and Practice

Dear Everybody,

  OK.  Great.  We now have enough volunteers to move the mats, so let's 
plan on the following for Sunday afternoon.

   I called and reserved the hardwood floor gym in the main Gym Facility 
(that is, where the basketball team has its games and below the running 
track.)  We have it reserved from 4-6 on Sunday.  This is nice since we 
won't have to move the mats so far.

   So, please meet at 3:30 and move the mats down to the gym.  I very 
likely won't be back till just before 4 p.m. since I'll be driving Gitte 
around the Hudson Valley taking her sightseeing.  So I would like all of 
you who can to show up at 3:30 do so, move the mats down to the gym and get 
ready for practice even if I'm not back yet.  We normally use 20 mats, so 
that should be the maximum number you move down and set up.

   I'm also figuring a 4-6 practice, maybe 30 or 45 minutes to get cleaned 
up, and then dinner at a local restaurant from say 6:45 to 9 p.m. or so at 
which point Manny will drive Gitte back to the city.  If you think you can 
come to dinner, please write me so that I can get a handle on how big a 
table to reserve.
