I am trying to get the final count for the Ohio trip this year (3rd and 4th
of March). Even if you have previously told me or someone else you are
going, Please email me now with the following information:

Name
Latest time on Friday which you can leave (and is there any way you could
make this earlier?)
What is your earliest commitment on Sunday night or Monday that you must be
back for?
Favorite snack food
Your two favorite musical artists or groups
