[Aikido] This week in aikido...

Hi guys! I hope that all of your summers were satisfactory. I just wanted
to send a quick email about some of the aikido events/ recruitment gambits
going on this week.

1.) First practice: this Tuesday. 8PM in the fitness center MPR, as usual.
2.) Activities fair: this Saturday from 11-2. Tabling will take place in
the residential quad in front of Jewett this year. Stay for a while, or
just drop by and say hi.
3.) VANS is also Saturday, and by some insanity it's even at the same time-
12:30-3:30. So, we'll either need to pack up early or else designate
someone/s to hold down the table while others get the VANS program started.

So, please respond to this email if you'd like to help with the activities
fair or VANS. Saturday is going to be hectic, and we need to mobilize as
many members as possible! If you're interesting in helping with the VANS
(which, as in past years, will be focused on self-defense techniques),
we're going to have a meeting with Jun at 1:00 on Monday to plan out the
specifics. If that time doesn't work for you, tell me ASAP and we might be
able to change it.
