Hudson Valley Science Café To Open April 24

What is it?
A Science Cafe is a monthly gathering in a Cafe, open to the public, 
with one (usually local) speaker followed by discussion. The essence 
of a Science Cafe is informality, with groups seated around tables to 
encourage people to talk to one another.  And remember, there are no 
stupid questions.

When is it?
We will be meeting on the 4th Tuesday of the month, at 7:00 PM.

Where is it?
We are located in the Café of Hudson Valley Showcase, 280 Broadway, 
Newburgh, NY. There will be an entrance fee of $3, which will include 
coffee or tea.  You can also purchase light meals and deserts.  For 
directions, see http://www.hudsonvalleyshowcase.com   Free parking in 
back of building. Enter from the back.  Doors open at 6:30 PM.

Ramapo College)

7/24  Midlife Regret: The Cruelest Emotion (Lawrence Force, Ph.D., 
Professor of Pychology, and Paul Schwartz, Ph.D., Professor of 
Pychology,  Mount St. Mary College)


Future topics will be chosen from all of the Sciences. If you have a 
suggestion for a speaker, or if you have a topic to present, please
