A Science Cafe is a monthly gathering in a Cafe,
open to the public, with a short presentation
of a topic followed by discussion. The essence of
a Science Cafe is informality, with groups seated
around tables to encourage people to talk to one
another. Hudson Valley Science Café meets on the
4th Tuesday of the month. Temporary website:

Showcase, 280 Broadway, Newburgh, NY. There will
be an entrance fee of $3, which will include
coffee or tea. You can also purchase light meals
and desserts. The Café is now serving Jamaican
and American food.
