[Vassarfilmmakers] MEETING THIS THURSDAY - plus other goodies

Hi you delinquents, we've got four points for you today. Read em and weep: 

MEETING THIS THURSDAY 
Rocky 301, 9pm, the usual. Good news on the equipment front, plus details 
about upcoming productions and events (like next week's super-short-script- 
fest!). Don't miss it. 


MODFEST - TONIGHT 
A screening of films made through the film department and the Filmmakers, 
for this year's Modfest. Come on by Rocky 200 at 8pm to see them, and there'll 
be a Q and A afterwards. Should be swell. 


PAs NEEDED FOR SENIOR FILM 
If you're interested in helping out on a senior narrative, Esra's film 
"A Guy Walks Into A Bar" is looking for PAs. They are shooting in the 
alumni house on Fridays (and some weekends until noon.) You wouldn't 
have to commit to all the shoots (or the entire shoot), just let them know when 
you're available. You can e-mail Esra ( esaral at vassar.edu ) or Amanda 
( ammessenger at vassar.edu ) if you're interested! 


SUPER-SHORT-SCRIPT-FEST 
That starts this weekend! Get the semester rolling with a fun little festival 
where everybody you know shoots the same scene... and hopefully with hugely 
varying results. More details at Thursday's meeting, and there'll be another 
e-mail later in the week solely dedicated to this puppy.
