[VCFilmmakers] Vassar Alum Film Premiere in NYC

Hey Filmmakers,

Hope you're all enjoying your break! Vassar Alum and Orange is the New
Black star, Alysia Reiner, is premiering her new film *Egg* at the Roxy
Theater <http://www.roxycinematribeca.com/category/now-showing/2019-01-18/> in
Manhattan on January 18th.

The 7pm showings of the film on January 18th and 19th will be followed by a
Q+A with Actor Alysia Reiner, Actor/Producer David Alan Basche,
screenwriter Risa Mickenberg, and Michele Ganeless (the Former Head of
Comedy Central), and they would also be happy to chat with Alumni and
Students afterward.

This could be a great networking opportunity & a chance to see what alumni
have gone on to in the film industry.

Palka, is an unflinching comedy about why women choose motherhood, why they
revere it, fear it, and why some women choose to forgo it. Over the course
of one explosive evening, two couples and a surrogate must face their own
