[Aikido] Noyes study break

Tomorrow (Wednesday) we will be doing a study break at Noyes. It will 
be at 9:30. Campus patrol is going say a few words before we go on, and 
then we will go for about half an hour. We will demonstrate a few kata, 
and then we will show some simple things off of wrist grabs etc. If you 
can make it that would be great. It would also be good to get a few 
hands up at the gym at 9 to grab 4 mats and load them into Jared's car. 
If you can come please do, the more the merrier.
