[Nordicteam-l] nordic trip!

the ski trip this year will be to lake placid, NY!  this is where the winter
olympics were held in '86 and will probably have lots of beautiful snow.
 here are the details:

we leave friday dec. 18th after all your finals are done.  we stay for three
days of skiing and four nights, so we will drive back to vassar from lake
placid on tuesday morning the 22nd.

we are staying in a cabin about 15 mins away from the ski place.  the cabin
sleeps 8.

this is the clincher:  because of the cabin size, we will be going in 2
cars, and because of our budget constraints, we have to limit the trip to 8
people.

if you want to come on this trip, *you must email me by tuesday dec.
1st.  *please
write a few sentences about your skiing experiences.  we are going to choose
based on this criteria:

1. how much you are dedicated to skiing with the team this year on a scale
from 1-400
2. experience level (if you dont have any experience you are not necessarily
out of the trip, but this trip is intended for our more experienced skiers,
especially those who have raced with us before and those who want to try
racing this year.  we are going on many more trips that are better for new
skiers in january and february)
