[Aikido] saturday

Shishida Sensei will be holding a practice on Saturday at 4pm. This will be a
great opportunity to interact with him in a smaller class setting (and at an
earlier time of day).

I believe that the Saturday practices will be limited to Yellow belts and above
(this is what had been discussed earlier, but I haven't confirmed it; so check
with Flynn Sensei next week).
