[Aikido] Questionnaire. Please Fill Out

Dear Everybody,

   Shishida Sensei would like more people to complete this questionnaire he 
handed out last year.  He's not got something like 80 responses from six or 
seven dojos around the world, but would like a few more to add to the 
total.  Those of you who did it last year, please don't bother to respond 
again, as he already has your data.

   For everyone else, please open up the attached RTF file (Word can open 
it up just fine, but you may have to select rft as the option).  Read it, 
and then write your answers to the three questions in an e-mail.  Send the 
e-mail directly to Shishida Sensei at shishida at waseda.jp.

   Please be very polite in your e-mail to him.  Address the e-mail to 
"Dear Shishida Sensei," and do say thank you somewhere in the body.
