[Aikido] Saratoga MA Fest logistics

To all of those interested in the Saratoga Martial arts fest,
I think that at this point it would be best to have us each send in our own
individual application and get a receipt from the event for possible
reimbursement. This allows each of us to decide exactly which options we
would like to have and allows us to have the applications in before the
deadline at the end of spring break (I do not think we will know about VSA
funding until after the deadline). As for lodging, should I make hotel
reservations? 1 or 2 rooms? The application says that the Springs Motel is
$65/night making it ~33 per person for both nights (quad occupancy). We
could go cheaper (more per room) or more expensive (different hotel or more
rooms). Hopefully this will be reimbursed as well. Let me know what you guys
think.

As for the options on the application, individual registration is 70.00
including a 5 dollar student discount. I think the $20 banquet is worth it
for an easy all you can eat option that is priced similarly to a restaurant.
I think I will bring my own lunch.
Deadline: March 25th, 2006
Here is the site with the application:

I do not know how else to organize this so if anybody has any better ideas
on how to make this process easier, please let me know.
