New word in English, viz. plutoed meaning something downsized or
downgraded. It has been chosen as 2006 word of the year by the
American Dialect Society, beating 'climate canary' for this singular
honour. I did not find it yet in OED online nor the Oxford Reference
Online collection but a quick search in Lexis Nexis finds 40 stories,
e.g. It's a small world when you've been Plutoed.
