Hi, everyone. I've missed you. Hope you had ridiculous October Breaks, like I did.

Well... it's the second part of the best semester of your life, so I think we should reconvene. SERIOUSLY.

MEETING TOMORROW (FRIDAY) 5 PM ROCKY 310 (not 312, that room still has a scaffold in it, weirdly enough).

We're not mandating it. Just strongly recommending it. Certainly we want to be fostering the creation of films, and while our club exists to create films, it also exists to create a community. And you can't have a community without members. The only way to contribute in a meaningful way to this community is to come to meetings -- or if you can't, perhaps you can sponsor an event, or bring a speaker, or lead an editing workshop, and in that way give back...

So. This meeting. We'll have a BIG ANNOUNCEMENT. Plus there will be COOKIES. What more do I need to do to get you guys back in my life? Also, I will personally screen footage I shot over October Break. Fun stuff.

I am also going to be sending out a reminder email tomorrow...I will flood your inboxes a little if necessary.

Please, show your commitment to this group. Midterms are over!!! We've got a little time before finals!! Let's make some magic happen.
